Obtained my glasses and contacts here back in January 2018, service was ok no issues at the time.

Today Saturday, 5/19/2018, I called at 9am when they opened to setup an appointment due to eye irritation and possible infection. The receptionist, Jannel, asked if I could please let her call me back at 9:30am when the doctor arrived because they could possibly write a prescription without an appointment as a return patient. No one called back. I call back at 10:30am and she says they’ve been really busy so I’m adamant to please just make an appointment, and she says she can put me in at 11:45am, I take it. She calls back five minutes later and states that the doctor would in fact have to see me and that unfortunately they don’t have appointments. I asked “what about the 11:45am appointment you just got for me?” She replied, “I’m sorry that’s just for a follow up you need a regular appointment. I don’t have any appointments available today anymore”

In my opinion this was unprofessional, caused an inconvenience, and I felt they could have done more if they really wanted to. I will take my business elsewhere moving forward. This experience was enough to motivate me to go somewhere else where they appreciate returning patients and take an interest in their well being.
