    Early to mid January I called to schedule an appointment with this doctor. Person there told me doctor couldn't see me until almost a month later early February. I called back on the day of the appointment to make sure they still have me for that day because I did not received any confirmation call. They did not know who I was nor had me on file.

    Made an appointment again because she was the nearest doctor for me who was listed online on Nexplanon's website as a doctor that could perform the birth control implant in me who was actually in my network.

    Day of appointment came and I came in and waited forty minutes despite there being one other patient. Wasn't even acknowledged until thirty minutes after waiting. No one was at the front desk.

    Finally saw the doctor and told her I wanted Nexplanon and explained to her that I've called my insurance twice to make sure that they cover it.

    She coaxed me into doing some other tests even though I already told her I had myself checked a few months before but I decided I might as well since I already had to pay for the visit that day.

    I got a call back a week or two later only to be told that my insurance won't cover the implant which is false. (After that I called my insurance again and they confirmed that they do in fact cover the whole process and the implant itself.) The lady on the line was very rude and impatient in her explanation, telling me that the doctor doesn't actually buy the implant from Nexplanon, the company, but from a pharmacy. I was confused. The doctor did not explain to me her process and basically I wasn't able to get the birth control that I needed. She dismissed me when I tried to explain that that method was something I've been trying to do for over a month. She forcefully started listing other methods I could get instead. I've done my research for so long. I already know my options and what I want. I'm not going to settle just because a doctor can't perform a procedure that she said she could and that my insurance covers it wholly. Her exasperated tone from the get go was highly unprofessional even though I was polite throughout.

    She was curt in telling me I was "good" in regards to my test results. I asked her if she could send me the results home. This was on March 16, 2017. She said something along of "sure", "ok" or "yeah" I believe and ended the phone conversation.

    It's been over a month now (04/28/17) and I still have not received my test results.

    Called her office twice already since then but it would ring and just hangs up. Couldn't leave a voicemail. It's strange and I am unsure if it was technical difficulties or what...

    I called in today and again they had a problem finding me in their system for some reason. Couldn't find me by my name or my birth date but found me by my address. When the receptionist finally found my file she asked me to spell my name again so she can correct it in the system. That is crazy.

    I asked if I could speak to the doctor or someone about the problems I've been having (with appointments, implant and now missing test results) but the receptionist just told me I will receive a call again later the same day from the rude incompetent woman that I've spoke to before.

    I just want my test results. I have yet to receive that phone call. I don't even remember what I got tested for. My insurance paid for my visit, my tests and I paid whatever left of the amount I needed to pay... and for nothing! Just feels like I wasted a lot of my time and some money going to a doctor with super incompetent staff.
