It's actually been several years since I had work done on my old 2001 Infiniti I30 (which I no longer own), but I had a great experience working with them. One experience in particular left a lasting impression. My car had been having weird issues with the ECM and was making all kinds of weird noises trying to figure out how to keep all the various systems synchronized. They took it in and tried to fix it, but were never able to solve the problem. When I went to get my car after their attempts to fix it, I asked how much I owed for the work they did, and the owner said I didn't owe anything since they were unable to correct the problem. I was disappointed that they were unable to fix the problem (it seemed like a relatively easy fix for the dealer service department to take care of), but was extremely pleased with the owner's honesty and integrity. I would much rather work with a less experienced mechanic who is honest about his knowledge and abilities than one who knows a lot but has no integrity.
