Zales at 11200 Broadway street Ste. 1060, Pearland, Texas.

I came to this store on a Sunday evening hoping to find an engagement ring. The schedule says that they close at 7pm and so I went there ten after six. They had locked the doors but the employees were still there. I made eye contact with two of them, one of them laughed. The second one stared me down. I knocked on the door and asked them why they're locked. I didn't get a response instead the second employee made it clear I was not welcomed. I've purchased products from Zales before and I can tell you their products are very good but in terms of customer service this store in particular isn't the best one I've been to hence the terrible rating.
